On Memorial Day, I had the honor of photographing Pvt. Jon Rode · United States Army. Jon is shipping overseas shortly. It was special to me that, on this national day of remembrance, I was able to photograph one of members of our armed services.

As a way to express our appreciation to those who protect our liberty by sacrificing themselves for our freedom, Stephen Troell Photography is offering a free photo session to active duty or reserve military members. Retired military members will receive 75% off the session fee and 50% off all prints. This on-location photo session can be the family of someone serving overseas or at home, a family photo of one about to be deployed, or a simple portrait session.
